1Warranty periods

These are the manufacturers’ warranties on the equipment we supply, counted from the date of purchase. They come on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which have no fixed end date. So “out of warranty” doesn’t automatically mean you can’t claim: tell us what happened and we will look at it.

Product not listed? Check the warranty card or manual that came with it, or ask us. Pro-rata means the cover reduces over the period, so a later claim is credited in proportion to the time left. Warranties don’t cover damage from things like impact, the wrong power supply, running without water, or cleaning far stronger or longer than the instructions say.

2Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Any manufacturer’s warranty is in addition to these rights. Lodging a claim does not limit or replace any of them.

• We sold it, we handle it. You deal with us, not the manufacturer. Pool shop customers: your shop can lodge the claim for you, or you can lodge it yourself.
• Any reasonable proof of purchase works: a receipt, an invoice, or a card or bank statement.
• Returning the item. If we need to see it, we tell you how to return it. If it’s too hard or costly for you to send, tell us and we will arrange collection.
• If we decline, we explain why in writing and show you what we found.
